Spirited Girl

She looked tired even with her twinkling eyes;
Shining like the constellations in the skies.
Working hard in the sun took its toll,
But she tries to stand as erect as a pole.

Her maturity very big for her age
But her conditions don't prohibit her to envisage.
All she wants is a family,
With whom she would be thereafter, happily.

She carries heavy sacks on the construction site
Heaving all the way with cheeks puffed tight.
Some times sells greeting cards in her tiny zone,
Never is she greedy, she loves what little she owns.

Although she's alone, she never regrets that.
All she needs is a proud and loving pat.
Doesn't know her birthday, changes everytime
Enjoys every day like its the last, with a happy chime.

Once upon a time she wished in her dreams,
Now it is coming true, it seems
Soon after some days, the papers would be ready,
Then she would leave with her new family, all sweet and steady.
