There was this boy I had seen
He seemed nice, but quiet and keen
He was sitting all covered in green
Against a tree about to lean.
There was this boy I had seen
This time he was confusing, behaved mean
Couldn't believe to the same guy I'd been
Was so rude as if he was the son of a Dean
Next when I saw him was in a shrine
He was sitting there, broken and crying;
Was writhing as if struck by a porcupine
He was expecting sympathy, while he did whine
I wanted him the way he was before, like a star used to shine
I wish the power of gods would combine
and grant him the finest boon, divine!
Return his smile, the cute curved line
Let him be prosperous and live fine.
I know he has a wonderful brain
Lose all his pain and learn to gain
Have his life catching speed like a train
Be his shield in the pouring rain.
We should meet again,
Down the town in the lane
But I don't want that quiet boy, sitting all plain.
He should be happy and showing his sass
All of our hearts he may amass
Should be laughing as if breathed the laughing gas,
Dancing with loud music to the full bass
He seemed nice, but quiet and keen
He was sitting all covered in green
Against a tree about to lean.
There was this boy I had seen
This time he was confusing, behaved mean
Couldn't believe to the same guy I'd been
